Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order, you will contact the Online Store Manager at 24310 70609 to cancel it. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept receipt of them so that they are returned to the company.

Change products

If you wish to replace the product you received with another one, you should call us on 24310 70609 so that the products can be changed after consultation.

Money return

If you wish, we can issue a refund, which can be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the products.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund will also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer’s account.

The costs of the courier – transport company for the return of products in the case of a refund are borne by the customer. in case of returning part or the whole order, it is necessary to fill out the form and send it together with the returned products. The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents (receipt or invoice, any promotional material, etc.). Please note the instructions on the back of the return form. Before sending your return, please ensure that 15 calendar days have not passed since the date on the receipt.
